Properties For Rent:

If interested in any rentals, please come into our office located at 1473 Marion Street and fill out an application (free of charge) and please bring us copies of last two current paystubs and previous years W2. If you have any questions, please call us at (559) 897-4151. If you'd like to email a completed application, please send it to kingsburgrealtyrentals@gmail.com. One application for each person above the age of 18 that will be living at the property will be needed. Once we have your completed applications, when you decide you would like to rent one of our properties, we would then run the credit of each person that filled out an application. At which point we would charge $40 per credit report. We will need a completed application before we can show any properties.
